At VerdaStones, we carefully pack every order and work with trusted delivery partners to get your crystal jewellery to you safely and promptly.

🇦🇪 UAE Shipping

Standard Delivery

• Free UAE delivery on orders of AED 129 or more.

• Orders below AED 129 are subject to the applicable delivery charge shown at checkout.

• Standard UAE delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

• Deliveries are generally made Monday to Saturday, between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

• Delivery timings may vary depending on your location, courier schedule and daily delivery volume.

• While we will always try to accommodate preferred delivery timings, specific delivery time requests cannot be guaranteed.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address during the expected delivery period.

Same-Day Delivery

Need your bracelet today? We offer same-day delivery in the selected areas of Dubai for an additional AED 15.

To qualify for same-day delivery:

• Place your order before 10:00 AM.

• Same-day delivery is subject to courier availability and serviceable areas.

• Orders placed after 10:00 AM will generally be delivered on the following business day.

• Same-day delivery is not available on Sundays.

• Orders placed on Sunday with the same-day delivery option will be scheduled for Monday delivery.

The AED 15 same-day delivery charge is non-refundable if the order is placed after the 10:00 AM cut-off and is therefore delivered on the following business day.

Same-day delivery timing is subject to courier availability and cannot be guaranteed to a specific time of day.

📍 Change of Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been dispatched, additional delivery time may be required, and an additional delivery charge may apply depending on the circumstances.

Address changes are subject to courier feasibility and may not always be possible once the package is in transit.

📦 Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive the available tracking or shipment information through email, WhatsApp or SMS.

Please keep your phone available around the expected delivery period, as our courier partner may contact you to coordinate delivery.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to  only selected countries outside the UAE.

International delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier service and customs procedures.

International shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and order details and will be displayed at checkout where available.

For destinations not currently available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm shipping availability, estimated delivery time and applicable charges.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated.

Customs clearance may also cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

⏳ Delivery Delays

We make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

• Severe weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier or logistics disruptions

• Customs clearance

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

• Customer unavailability

• High-volume periods

• Events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Delivery timeframes are therefore estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you with the courier.

📱 Incorrect Address or Customer Unavailability

Please carefully check your name, phone number, building/villa details and delivery address before completing your order.

VerdaStones cannot be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from:

• Incorrect or incomplete address information

• Incorrect phone number

• Customer not being available to receive the order

• Failure to respond to the courier's calls or messages

• Refusal to accept the package

If the courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to VerdaStones, a AED 20 re-delivery charge may apply if you request the order to be sent again.

Any additional courier charges imposed due to incorrect information or repeated failed delivery attempts may also be payable by the customer.

💳 Payment Options

We use secure payment methods to process your online orders.

Depending on availability, you may be able to pay using:

• Visa

• Mastercard

• Other secure online payment methods displayed at checkout

• Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible UAE orders

COD availability may depend on the delivery location and order value.

🔒 Payment Security

Your online payment details are processed through secure payment channels. VerdaStones does not store your complete card details on our website.

🎁 Packaging

Every VerdaStones bracelet is carefully packed to help protect it during transportation.

We recommend checking your package and bracelet promptly after delivery. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.
